Position Overview:

As an Industry Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing market dynamics, trends, and customer requirements, effectively communicating these insights to the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis, including gathering the 'Voice of Customers' to derive key insights through customer analysis, market segmentation, competitor evaluation, and identifying market drivers and industry trends. This information will be gathered from participation in trade shows, conferences, and direct customer interactions, as well as sales reports and feedback from the sales team.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the Engineering Group for selecting target market segments and positioning the company's products and services to attract potential customers.
  • Implement and execute marketing strategies, which includes setting objectives, developing market campaigns, and providing necessary marketing materials. Establish KPIs to monitor the execution of plans and the achievement of deliverables.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with corporate communications and advertising agencies, while coordinating with global SIAD Engineering subsidiaries.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads and support sales teams in managing these leads effectively.
  • Provide essential sales tools and marketing materials to facilitate the sales process.
  • Oversee the efficient allocation of marketing funds, including selecting activities, tracking expenses, negotiating with vendors, and optimizing costs to ensure value delivery.
  • Generate reports to communicate the progress of marketing initiatives, including tracking KPIs and measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making adjustments as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical industry.
  • A degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel (20-25% of the time).
  • An innovative mindset combined with analytical thinking abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.
