Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Manager to join our team at JM Huber Corporation. As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth and development of our product portfolio in assigned countries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve export sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Identify, profile, and manage key customers to promote our business proposition and increase product consumption.
  • Negotiate and define commercial conditions and contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with commercial management.
  • Monitor sales performance, update forecasts, and align production plans to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with Finance to monitor customer solvency and control credit terms and conditions.
  • Disseminate company knowledge, values, technology, and product information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical communication and support to customers.
  • Regularly visit customers and implement actions with distributors, as agreed with sales management.
  • Support customers in providing audits and technical/application assistance.
  • Conduct strategic market analysis and develop market development strategies in partnership with customers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in agronomy or related studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the agriculture sector.
  • Knowledge of agricultural production and inputs market, particularly the bio stimulants sector.
  • Expertise in business development, customer orientation, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, initiative, and strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Availability to travel abroad.
