Job Role: Senior Water Industry Segment Manager
About the Role:

  • Develop and execute industry segment strategy for the Country, ensuring alignment with overall divisional strategy.
  • Understand segment, channel, and customer needs in the market, creating new business opportunities.
  • Support organization in product launches and customer events, managing commercial and technical support for Sales team.
  • Use standard reporting tools to identify future opportunities and measure segment-wise progress.
  • Implement customer-focused attitude, raising awareness of market opportunities and ensuring appropriate action.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and develop new customers for growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Automation Engineering, Economy, or Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the Water Industry.
  • Knowledge of End Users, Water Utilities, System Integrators, and OEMs.
  • Sound knowledge of water plants and water treatment machinery and processes.
  • Strategic orientation and customer focus.
  • Personal leadership and strong result orientation.
  • Ability to relate to all stakeholders and customer functions, even at high decision-making levels.
  • Solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
