Position Overview

As a vital member of the Inside Sales team, the Sales Process Optimization Specialist will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager. This role is dedicated to enhancing team performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Inside Sales Manager and Team Leaders in evaluating data from internal systems such as MS Dynamics and Genesys Pure Cloud to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure that productivity levels and service standards for agents and teams are maintained and improved.
  • Oversee the effective use of systems in alignment with both central and local protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Telesales Manager and team leaders to promote ongoing improvement efforts aimed at achieving and exceeding organizational goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for the outsourced telesales agency, ensuring productivity targets are met and systems are utilized according to established guidelines.
  • Manage the technical onboarding process for outsourced telesales representatives.
  • Provide training for both new and existing internal agents as well as contact personnel from the outsourced telesales provider on processes, systems, products, and sales offerings.
  • Plan and conduct active listening sessions with internal and external agents during calls to identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Telesales Manager and Team Leaders.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in conjunction with the Telesales center of excellence at headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within sales-oriented organizations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms, particularly Power BI, SAP, MS Dynamics, and Genesys PureCloud.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Italian and English (minimum B2 level); Spanish is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
