Job DescriptionThe Novotel Milano Linate is seeking an experienced front office agent to join our team. As the primary point of contact for guests, this role plays a crucial impact on ensuring a positive experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently checking in and out guests, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Collaborating with housekeeping to allocate rooms, guaranteeing guest satisfaction.
- Anticipating guests' needs and addressing their inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarizing oneself with hotel amenities, room types, rates, and promotions to provide exceptional service.
- During night shifts, responsible for tasks such as closing the hotel, managing cash collections, and preparing for the next day's operations.
We offer a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €35,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and QualificationsThis role requires:
