The estimated salary for this role is between €15,000 and €20,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience as a Receptionist at Novotel Milano Linate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Italian and English, and possess a good knowledge of a third language.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing meeting room and rooms requests
  • Coordinating with the restaurant department for food and beverage services
  • Anticipating guests' needs and handling inquiries
  • Holding a complete knowledge of the hotel, including room types, features, facilities, rates, F&B outlets, and promotions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong sense of interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, with a good knowledge of a third language
  • Care and attention to detail, ensuring impeccable service
