POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Northern Italy region to join our team in Carpi (Modena).

The Area Sales Manager will independently manage all commercial, organizational, and administrative tasks that contribute to sales success. This role involves customer acquisition for Hyva's product range and plays a vital role in the commercial team, focusing on channel development and growth throughout Northern Italy. Enhancing market share through strategic partnerships is essential for the success of Hyva Group.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate and execute the sales strategy for your designated area, managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Secure and expand revenue streams within a select group of key distributors.
  • Effectively manage channels to boost Hyva's market presence within coding and marking through these key distributors.
  • Monitor and report on business KPIs across the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads and drive proactive sales through promotional and networking events.
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within the international aftermarket, automotive, industrial, or agriculture sectors as an account manager or in product management.
  • A technical background is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of the regional and national automotive aftermarket, including products, trends, and customer needs.
  • Possess analytical skills, strong organizational capabilities, and project management expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative and problem-solving approach.
  • Proven selling, negotiation, and communication skills (minimum of 3 years).
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
