Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Global Store Planning Manager to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our Global Marketing function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of design processes for our stores across EMEA, AMERICAS, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workload Management: Develop and manage the pipeline of weekly layout and projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Country Construction departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Discuss project details with GMs, Brands, and local RE teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Verify layout and coordination with the team to prepare Detailed Drawing Sets.
  • Review and verify the preparation of accurate project packages and information for Detailed Drawing Sets.
  • Conduct Take Off checks to ensure delivery meets requirements.
  • Develop and verify Fixture Design Development to ensure design intent is met.
  • Review Construction Documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate Design and Procurement activities, including forecasting, production quantities, Bill of Materials, and Take Off uploads.
  • Create Construction Guidelines documents that collect architectural details, finishes, and fixture catalogues.

Network of Interaction:

  • Internal: CEO, Leadership Team, Country GMs, Design team, local construction teams, Procurement.
  • External: Suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Architecture or Design.
  • Architectural design skills: knowledge of dynamics in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brands.
  • Project Management: highly organized, experience in managing multiple projects in a matrixed organization, results-oriented, creative problem-solving, and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Communication: good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationships, excellent teamwork skills, English proficiency is essential.
  • Economics and business development expertise, budget management.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Proven team management skills.
