Job Title: Global Store Planning Director

Job Summary:

Amplifon, a leading global company in hearing care solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Global Store Planning Director to join its team. As a key member of the Global Marketing function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of design processes for EMEA, AMERICAS, and APAC stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workload Management: Define the pipeline of weekly layout and projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Country Construction departments to guarantee projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Discuss projects with GM, Brand, and local RE teams to develop and review designs.
  • Verify layout and coordination with the team in preparation for Detailed drawing Set.
  • Ensure accurate package and information preparation for projects on Detailed drawing Set.
  • Take Off check: Check take off delivery.
  • Fixture Design Development: Verify the final output of design intent of fixtures.
  • Construction Document Check.
  • Design/Procurement coordination: Check forecasts, production quantities, Bill of materials, take off upload.
  • Construction Guidelines: Create a document collecting Construction Guidelines with architectural details, finishes, fixture catalogue.

Network of Interaction:

  • INTERNAL: CEO, Leadership Team, Country GMs, Design team, local construction teams, Procurement.
  • EXTERNAL: Suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Architecture or Design Master degree.
  • Architectural design skills: knowledge of dynamics in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brands.
  • Project Management: highly organized, experience in managing multiple projects within a matrixed organization, highly oriented to results, creative problem solving, and ability to work under strict timelines.
  • Communication: good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationships, excellence in working in a team; English proficiency is fundamental.
  • Economics: business development expertise, budget management.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Proven team management skills.
