Global Store Planning Manager

Amplifon, a leading global hearing care solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled Global Store Planning Manager to oversee the design process for its stores across EMEA, AMERICAS, and APAC regions.

This key role is part of the Global Marketing function and requires a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of design processes, workload management, and presentations to top management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the pipeline of weekly layout and projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Country Construction departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with GM, Brand, and local RE teams to develop and review projects.
  • Verify layout and coordination with the team to prepare Detailed drawing Sets.
  • Ensure accurate package preparation and information for projects undergoing Detailed drawing Sets.
  • Conduct Take Off checks to verify delivery.
  • Develop Fixture Design and verify the final output of design intent.
  • Review Construction Documents.
  • Coordinate Design and Procurement, checking forecasts, production quantities, Bill of materials, and take off uploads.
  • Create Construction Guidelines documents with architectural details, finishes, and fixture catalogues.

Network of Interaction:

  • INTERNAL: CEO, Leadership Team, Country GMs, Design team, local construction teams, Procurement.
  • EXTERNAL: Suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Architectural design skills with knowledge of dynamics in a multinational company managing a portfolio of brands.
  • Project Management: highly organized, experience in managing multiple projects in a matrixed organization, results-oriented, creative problem-solving, and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Communication: good experience in project presentations and interpersonal relationships, excellent teamwork skills, and English proficiency is essential.
  • Economics business development expertise, budget management.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Proven team management skills.
