Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Media Strategist to become a vital part of the UM Digital team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and oversee comprehensive digital media strategies (planning and execution)
- Supervise the daily execution and enhancement of campaign initiatives: biddable, programmatic, and direct agreements.
- Oversee campaign approvals, financial allocations, and reconciliation processes
- Maintain daily communication and relationships with clients
- Conduct pre and post-campaign evaluations
- Develop digital media strategies in collaboration with our digital media partners
- Engage regularly and foster relationships with digital media publishers
- Collaborate daily with the EMEA UM team to manage planning and strategies for our global clientele
- Work closely with IPG Mediabrands business units, both local and global: Biddable, Programmatic, AdOps, and Data&Tech
- Establish effective working relationships with internal teams and technology partners
- Analyze research data and media/marketing insights; report findings to clients
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic assessments of campaigns
- Contribute to new business initiatives and marketing tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Digital Media planning is preferred
- Familiarity with ad serving/trafficking technologies (e.g., Double Click DART)
- Understanding of ad verification technologies (e.g., IAS, DV, etc.)
- Knowledge of various DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD, AMZ, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Language proficiency: Good command of English (minimum B1) and excellent command of Italian (C2)
- Strong analytical capabilities
