Technical Leader in Information Risk Management

The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of NFR Italy and will oversee second line activities related to IT and Business Continuity risks, as well as provide technical leadership to a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the NFR team during risk evaluations, scrutinizing IT and Business Continuity controls while offering guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct and manage IT risk evaluations, spot checks, and in-depth analyses.
- Implement and oversee quality assessments of IT Key Controls Testing performed by the first line of defense.
- Collaborate with the NFR team during process evaluations through walkthroughs and testing of essential IT and Business Continuity controls.
- Confirm the execution of solutions identified by the first line of defense and track actual risk mitigation efforts.
- Aid the first line of defense in monitoring and managing Events and Incidents.
- Evaluate, track, and report on IT and Business Continuity risks, including Key Risk Indicators.
- Support the Head of NFR in preparing materials for the Non-Financial Risk Committee and the Non-Financial Risk Dashboard.
- Assign short-term work plans to the monitoring team to meet expectations while adhering to established timelines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Educational Qualifications:
A university degree is required.
Technical, Language, and Specialized Skills:
- Proficiency in IT Governance, IT Security, IT Incident Management, Architecture, and Network components (certifications are valuable to demonstrate expertise).
- Skills in Data Analytics.
- Proficient in English.
