Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist for our store. With a passion for the brand and a commitment to excellence, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of the store's administrative and financial operations efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and report daily banking activities and cash closures to store management and finance teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all transactions processed.
  • Communicate any discrepancies to the Finance and Accounting teams promptly.
  • Oversee store deposits and perform reconciliations as needed.
  • Maintain and update end-of-day and monthly financial reports, ensuring alignment between open and closed accounts.
  • Monitor the management of all store credits accurately.
  • Supervise remote sales and ensure order forms are completed correctly, verifying all banking and personal information to prevent payment issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for any delivery or order-related concerns, coordinating with couriers and managing investigations for refunds when necessary.
  • Ensure all sales to customers are recorded in the store's sales pool.
  • Act as the store's expert for Jasper and SAP systems regarding all financial reporting and activities.
  • Provide training to cashiers on national and local regulations as well as company accounting and financial policies.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly KPIs reports for sales staff.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as required by store management.
  • Assist in planning team rotations for store management.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including store management, corporate offices, and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to the Gucci brand and motivation for a retail role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Team-oriented with a diligent work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Jasper and SAP is a plus.
  • Preferred educational background in accounting.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
