Key Responsibilities
  • International Press Office Coordination: Support the coordination of international press offices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with global teams.
  • Daily Press Office Activities: Assist with daily press office tasks, including image selection, archive research, and other administrative duties.
  • Fashion Show Organization: Assist in organizing men's and women's fashion shows, including seating arrangements, managing media and photographer lists, invitations, and related communication strategies.
  • Press Trips and Events: Support the coordination of press trips, experiences, and special activities, including logistical arrangements.
  • Press Release Creation: Coordinate the creation of press releases, from briefing to review and approval processes, and distribution to the global press mailing list.
  • Platform Management: Assist in managing and using platforms like Launchmetrics, Campaygn, and Digitar.
  • Press Coverage Monitoring: Monthly monitoring of press coverage, including print, web, and social media, with corresponding updates of best editorial presentations and special projects.
  • Press Archive Management: Organize and manage the press archive, including all press releases and texts created and distributed over the years.
  • International Communications Calendar: Update the international press communications calendar.
  • Office Administration: Manage office administration tasks, including invoicing in SAP, handling image purchases, and related invoicing.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare presentations and summaries of results achieved in PR initiatives and internal meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of photo editing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Precision and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
  • Knowledge of Launchmetrics, Campaygn, and Digitar platforms.
