Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Efficient Order Management: Collect and verify order data, monitor delivery deadlines, and resolve any delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  2. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate order information, delivery deadlines, and other relevant details to stakeholders to maintain a smooth ordering process.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in automation and digitalization to achieve time and cost savings, and enhance the overall ordering experience.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  1. Business Education: A degree in Business or a related field is required.
  2. Purchasing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of purchasing principles and practices is essential.
  3. Structured Work Approach: A methodical and organized approach to work is necessary to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
  4. Proactive and Autonomous: A proactive and autonomous work style is required to identify and resolve issues independently.
  5. Effective Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary to collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues.
  6. MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office is required to manage and analyze data.
  7. Language Skills: Knowledge of Italian and English is required, with German being an asset.
