Funding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Funding Specialist to join our Training Policy Active team at Gi Group S.p.A. in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing training interventions focused on the GOL program, monitoring and documenting activities on dedicated portals, and developing relationships with regional public and private stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Execution: Develop detailed plans for training interventions, activities, and timelines. Coordinate the programming of interventions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to time constraints.
- Platform Management and Registration: Ensure accurate registration of interventions on dedicated platforms. Effectively manage platforms, including the integration of technological tools for precise monitoring.
- APL Activity Coordination: Program and coordinate activities with partner employment agencies, ensuring their participation in project objectives. Evaluate and implement improvements to activities managed with APLs in response to emerging needs.
- Participant Engagement and Monitoring: Monitor the involvement and participation of trainees in GOL program and other dedicated funds.
- Document Preparation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documents in accordance with project requirements. Ensure the precision and completeness of produced documentation. Implement monitoring processes to guarantee timely and quality intervention delivery. Prepare detailed reports on progress, identifying and managing any deviations.
- Education: Degree in related fields, preferably in Education Sciences, Training, Human Resource Management, or similar.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven competence in managing training projects related to the GOL Lombardy program and other active labor policies.
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of regional and national regulations related to the GOL program and Lombardy region's delivery platforms. Ability to compile technical documents. Capacity to plan, manage, and report training courses, both internally and on portals.
- Financial Management: Competence in managing invoices to the Lombardy Region and partner subjects.
- Teamwork and Stakeholder Management: Ability to work in teams and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including CPIs, accredited operators, and employment agencies.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, ability to work autonomously and in teams, flexibility, and adaptability.
