The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Campervan Depot Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our campervan depot in Venice - Marcon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations and coordinate the team's activities to ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
  • Train, supervise, and coach your team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Take ownership of the fleet, logistics, and maintenance of our campervans to ensure they are in top condition.
  • Manage workforce planning, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in reselling campervans, preparing, and showing them to prospective buyers.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory).
  • Eligibility to work in Italy, a valid driver's license, and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory).
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • A responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
