Supply Chain Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Management - SCM Customer Experience Agent to join our dynamic and international organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our SCM customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures for each client, continuously reviewing and improving processes for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales invoice processing in line with company policy and client requirements.
- Process supplier purchase invoices within established guidelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Optimize shipment processes to maximize contribution while meeting service level requirements at the lowest possible cost.
- Review and document key work processes in the intranet, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Produce internal and external reports, statistics, and client KPI reporting as required.
- Support clients in problem-solving by building in-depth understanding of their business and providing solutions that improve outcomes.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize client processes.
- Represent the company in a positive and proactive manner, providing alternative solutions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with processes, operational procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Perform tasks instructed by your supervisor, working conscientiously and properly.
- Adhere to corporate values.
- Enrollment in the Italian 'Collocamento mirato' register, ex L.68/99 art. 18.
- Fluency in English and Italian is a must.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the logistics industry.
- Developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong needs evolution and questioning skills.
- Demonstrable ability to handle common customer objections.
