Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a financial advisor to the Local Management Team by delivering comprehensive business analysis, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Assist in the month-end, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including the preparation and scrutiny of monthly reports for the Head Office.
  • Oversee the planning and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Provide critical input for new product quotations by analyzing local production costs.
  • Manage the definition and updates of standard costs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external pricing principles and Transfer Pricing regulations.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities in collaboration with the local Operations Team.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in multinational manufacturing environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong financial analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS-Office, with experience in SAP/BI; familiarity with HFM and BOARD is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex challenges into fundamental business drivers.
  • Excellent business insight and critical thinking abilities; adept at providing solutions to business challenges beyond just financial metrics.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with Regional and Corporate stakeholders.
