Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales Specialist within our PC, peripheral, and infrastructure services division. This role will focus on selling and promoting services and products (such as uninterruptible power supplies), providing essential product information, pricing details, special offers, and facilitating order closures.

The ideal candidate will effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with TD SYNNEX and our unique value proposition, while also nurturing partner relationships through account planning and cross-selling strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by planning outbound communications and discussing our solutions.
  • Conduct active inside selling by collecting relevant customer information.
  • Oversee customer backorders utilizing specialist knowledge and engage in strategic project exploration.
  • Manage end-to-end project processes or collaborate with presales for technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of deals within TD SYNNEX's CRM system, ensuring the active closure of opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical or services sales.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure products and services or knowledge of the IT industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding telephone etiquette and effective communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Previous experience with IT systems for quotations, order entry, and CRM is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
