Your Opportunity

As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will oversee the daily operations of new Equipment Project Management from the moment an order is received until the project is finalized. Your role will be essential in ensuring that all deliverables are met within the anticipated budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Your Mission

Take responsibility for the S-Q-C-D deliverables associated with assigned new Equipment Projects:
(S) H&SE - Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards, with a comprehensive H&SE plan established before project initiation.
(Q) Quality - Guarantee that deliverables meet specified requirements from the outset, with clearly defined project scope and specifications.
(C) Cost - Ensure that project deliverables, including on-site activities, are completed within the established budget.
(D) Delivery - Ensure that all deliverables are completed according to the project timeline. Confirm that all necessary statutory and regulatory requirements are fulfilled, adhering to Sidel's corporate values, governance, and processes. Implement risk assessment and response strategies for critical projects, taking accountability for risk management and mitigation efforts. Lead, support, and mentor the assigned team, fostering relevant skills development and resource utilization while removing obstacles for team success. Assist the team in managing scope alterations without compromising the established objectives and benefits, and resolve any conflicts that arise. Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders, and facilitate follow-up discussions regarding technical issues with Global Product Support. Ensure that all Sidel Project systems are consistently updated, including SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, contact Center, and PM Tools.

Your Profile

Level of Education and Languages:

Master’s Degree or equivalent. PMI Certification is advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Required Experience and Skills:

A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in Project Management of capital projects. Experience within the beverage industry is preferred. Familiarity with Sidel's Portfolio and Systems design is beneficial. Understanding of installation and commissioning challenges. Knowledge of project financial management. Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
