Your Opportunity

You will be pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of new Equipment Project Management, guiding the process from order intake to project closure, which includes managing on-site activities. Your role will ensure that all deliverables are met within the expected budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Your Mission

Responsible for ensuring S-Q-C-D deliverables for assigned new Equipment Projects:
(S) H&SE - Compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards is mandatory. An H&SE plan must be established before project initiation.
(Q) Quality - Deliverables must meet specified requirements from the outset. Clear definitions of project scope and specifications are essential.
(C) Cost - All project deliverables, including on-site activities, should be completed within the established budget.
(D) Delivery - Timely completion of deliverables according to the project schedule is required. Ensure adherence to all necessary statutory and regulatory requirements, including Sidel's corporate values, governance, and processes. Develop and implement risk assessment and response strategies for critical projects, with accountability for driving risk management and mitigation efforts. Lead, support, and mentor the assigned team, fostering relevant skills development and utilization while removing obstacles. Assist the team in managing scope alterations without compromising the baseline objectives and benefits, while resolving conflicts as they arise. Provide regular and timely updates to stakeholders. Facilitate follow-up discussions on technical issues with Global Product Support. Ensure that all Sidel Project systems are consistently updated, including SAP milestones, AMP, SPOT, contact Center, and PM Tools.

Your Profile

Level of Education and Languages:

Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification. PMI Certification is advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Required Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years' experience with a proven track record in Project Management of capital projects. Experience within the beverage industry is beneficial. Familiarity with Sidel's Portfolio and Systems design is advantageous. Understanding of installation and commissioning processes and challenges. Knowledge of project financial management. Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
