In this role, you will serve as a reliable Workday advisor, providing assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, guiding clients through configurations, and showcasing features. Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough research to grasp client inquiries and relevant Workday concepts.
  • Providing small-scale consulting services in response to client requests, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, and practical tips.
  • Diagnosing product configuration issues to deliver optimal solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Communicating effectively and clearly articulating value propositions to clients.
  • Creating and presenting tailored customer sessions on utilizing Workday features to meet business objectives (Accelerator Webinars).
  • Offering personalized consulting support to enhance client feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
  • Evaluating client environments to uncover opportunities for feature adoption (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
  • Maintaining product expertise and Workday certifications while staying informed about the Workday roadmap.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and engaging clients on these topics.
  • Contributing to the development of new initiatives aimed at boosting client feature adoption.

Additional Services

Alongside delivering Workday Success Plans services, our professionals will also provide other Customer Enablement services, such as:

  • Office Hours for appointment-based consulting engagements, offering guidance and product expertise to clients.
  • Conducting configuration and business requirements assessments with detailed reports highlighting optimization opportunities.
  • Delivering personalized customer configuration designs.
  • Managing deployments, including comprehensive implementation of Workday features.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT implementation.
  • 5+ years of expertise in Workday HCM Reporting (composite reporting, report development, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in software consulting.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification or the ability to certify in at least one of the following: Workday HCM, Workday Reporting.
  • Capacity to thoroughly understand Workday concepts as new features are introduced.
  • Aptitude for simplifying complex concepts into clear presentations for clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliverables concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills to comprehend intricate technical issues and facilitate decision-making.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
