To bolster the teams that drive this ecosystem, we have established a global Corporate division comprising various departments, including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services, and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division is currently in search of a skilled Accounting Reporting Supervisor​ to become a vital member of the YOOX Group Accounting and Administration team.

Here are some key details regarding the role:

Reporting to: Finance & Administration Director YOOXG

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Workplace Type: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the collection of actual results for month-end processes (monthly reporting);
  • Ensure the maintenance of regular scheduled processes and reports (assets and liabilities, financial data, etc.);
  • Create various ad-hoc data queries and present results clearly to internal and HQ management;
  • Suggest and implement enhancements and automation for existing reporting processes;
  • Maintain up-to-date procedural documentation relevant to the reporting environment;
  • Actively participate in assigned projects and various business initiatives, as well as ad-hoc requests;
  • Formalize and implement processes and procedures within the area of responsibility;
  • Monitor key cross-area activities (Accounting, ICS, Controlling Team, IT, etc.) and ensure adherence to deadlines through continuous updates and mapping;
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, controllers, reporting teams, etc.) regarding the verification of specific reports;
  • Oversee the periodic accounting closing process in compliance with the Group's policies and procedures;

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • University Degree in Economics;
  • Familiarity with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS;
  • Proficient in Excel and the MS Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of Navision, SAP FI/CO, and SQL is advantageous;
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines while demonstrating flexibility;
  • Reliability, accuracy, and discretion are essential;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;
  • Motivated to excel in an administrative role;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds;
