To bolster the teams driving this ecosystem, we have established a global Corporate division that encompasses various departments, including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services, and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division is currently in search of a skilled Accounting Reporting Supervisor to join the YOOX Group Accounting and Administration team.

Here are some key details regarding the position:

Location: Zola Predosa (BO)

Reporting to: Finance & Administration Director YOOXG

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (1 Year)

Workplace Type: Hybrid

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the collection of actual results for month-end activities (monthly reporting);
  • Ensuring the regular execution of scheduled processes and reports (assets and liabilities, other financial data, etc.);
  • Creating various ad-hoc data queries and presenting results clearly to internal and HQ management;
  • Proposing and implementing enhancements and automation for existing reporting processes;
  • Maintaining up-to-date procedural documentation relevant to the reporting environment;
  • Actively participating in assigned projects and various business initiatives as well as ad-hoc requests;
  • Formalizing processes and procedures within the area of responsibility;
  • Monitoring key cross-area activities (Accounting, ICS, Controlling Team, IT, etc.) and ensuring their timely implementation, with continuous updates and mapping reported to each flow owner;
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, controllers, reporting teams, etc.) regarding the verification of specific reports prepared;
  • Overseeing the periodic accounting closing process in compliance with the policies and procedures applied within the Group;

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A University Degree in Economics;
  • Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and IFRS;
  • Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite;
  • Familiarity with Navision, SAP FI/CO, and SQL is a plus;
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written;
  • Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines while demonstrating flexibility;
  • Reliability, accuracy, and discretion;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Motivation for an administrative role;
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse countries;
