Job Description

**About the Role**

Prometeia is seeking an experienced Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join our Finance & Administration department in our foreign branches office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accounting of company transactions, as well as providing financial reports to management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receiving and integrating local accounting from branches into our company's system
  • Adjusting local accounting to Group accounting principles, including the conversion of transactions into the Group's currency
  • Managing relationships with foreign bookkeepers to ensure accurate and timely accounting of company transactions
  • Managing the intercompany transaction reconciliation process
  • Producing financial reports for management, including budget variance analysis and forecasting, cash flow, and translation statements
  • Supporting in interim and year-end closing activities
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve the efficiency of administrative processes
  • Supporting in maintaining relationships with the audit firm
Requirements
  • Master degree with excellent grades in Economics/Finance
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years in the same role within either a structured company or in an audit firm
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel) and accounting software
  • Very good English level (at least B2)
Soft Skills
  • Strong interest in digital innovation, analytical thinking, ability to understand the company processes through the analysis of both management and accounting data
  • Very good communicational and relational skills
