Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the performance reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial results.
  • Design and implement a robust performance model, providing transparent and clear insights into our business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Document and communicate the performance model and reporting processes to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain financial analysis and reporting capabilities in Qlik Sense.
  • Drive the digitalization of our performance reporting package, leveraging Qlik Sense to create a fully digital and interactive reporting experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in full-value chain financial management.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ERP and BI systems is essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.
