The Team

Our team of sales associates is dedicated to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. We work together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH.

The Position

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process
  • Managing relationships with international customers and providing details about PVH's products and values
  • Using effective sales techniques to achieve set goals
  • Promoting the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
  • Contributing to creating a professional and motivating work climate
  • Assisting in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
  • Checking stock on the sales floor and replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Enrollment in a university faculty
  • Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills
  • Excellent standing and polished presence
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends
