Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist to enhance our Product Management division within our organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with management to oversee the product lifecycle from inception to discontinuation, ensuring competitive positioning and performance of the delivered solutions, in partnership with the R&D team and other relevant departments. Engage in the formulation of contractual proposals, working closely with sales and finance teams to guarantee the development and delivery of competitive product positioning by market segment and product attributes, aiming to meet established goals. Analyze market demands and trends, identifying technical product deficiencies or competitive opportunities. Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative product assessments and research, while monitoring market share, competitive behaviors, pricing strategies, and product portfolio developments. Aid in the execution of product and service positioning in the marketplace, contributing to the go-to-market strategy and operational marketing initiatives. Track activities and assist in delivering volume, revenue, and profit forecasts, providing reports that highlight critical issues and suggest improvement strategies to the Product Manager. Maintain regular and effective communication with key internal and external business partners, fostering the development of strong and sustainable collaborations.Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in product management and/or business analysis. Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. Proficiency in English.
