Your Opportunity
Are you ready to embark on a new journey in the USA and become a technical authority? This is your opportunity to join Sidel's expert team and assist in delivering high-performance machinery to our clientele. We are in search of a Mechanical Field Service Engineer specializing in aseptic filling systems. You will initially be employed in Parma (Italy) and undergo a comprehensive twelve-month training program on our products. Following this period, you will transition to our office in Atlanta, USA, and integrate into the Field Service Engineering Team responsible for Aseptic Technology across the American region, including the USA, Canada, and Central-South America.
Your Mission
- Execute the installation, initiation, and commissioning of Aseptic Fillers at customer locations.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer requirements to offer informed guidance and ensure satisfaction.
- Assess and analyze equipment performance at client facilities, adhering to technical, contractual, and safety standards.
- Effectively manage and resolve equipment discrepancies.
- Conduct mechanical and process configurations of the aseptic filler to guarantee reliability and meet performance benchmarks.
Your Profile
- Possession of a technical diploma or an engineering degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical positions.
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly, measurements, and related tasks.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience in the beverage sector is advantageous.
- Willingness to permanently relocate to the USA (Atlanta) after one year in Parma (Italy).
- Readiness to travel extensively (at least 200 days per year).
