Sales Support Specialist for Quality Systems in Southern Italy

As a pivotal member of our team, you will serve as the primary resource for delivering specialized and technical assistance to our clientele, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our Quality System solutions. Collaborating closely with our Account Managers and sales personnel, your responsibilities will encompass conducting demonstrations, presentations, and pre-installation consultations, as well as evaluating workflows pertinent to your designated product line. Your mission is to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty towards Bio-Rad by guiding them in the effective utilization of our solutions to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account and Key Account Managers in identifying customer needs and crafting suitable projects.
  • Deliver technical insights and recommendations to clients regarding Quality System solutions, both on-site and remotely. Organize and execute product demonstrations.
  • Install hardware and software, and facilitate in-person training sessions for customers.
  • Assist clients in the implementation of our solutions, from setup to operational status, including software and hardware integration.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Distributors to meet sales objectives.
  • Provide field application support as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and information in our CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay product-related insights to enhance our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Solid scientific foundation complemented by business insight.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
  • Familiarity or interest in IT solutions for clinical laboratories.
  • Capability to comprehend customer requirements and deliver customized solutions from our product range.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities and proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
