**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at FXCM. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through effective sales tactics and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of our CFD product offerings and provide customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue growth within assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance and Banking or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of industry experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong technical understanding of the CFD trading industry landscape and commonly used trading platforms.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
