Job Summary:
DXC Technology is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to join our team in Rome. As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing proposals for large-scale public sector projects. Your expertise will help us win new business and grow our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage proposals for public sector projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and DXC's business objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to create compelling proposal content and messaging.
- Analyze client requirements and tailor proposal content to meet their needs.
- Oversee the proposal development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate their content into proposals.
- Develop a writing style that appeals to clients' values and culture.
- Lead a production team to produce, quality-check, and deliver final documents.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in proposal management, preferably in complex IT solutions.
- Experience in Italy's regulated markets or public procurement process.
- Background in IT, preferably in analytics, applications, or architecture.
- Project management skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and engagements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
- Advanced communication skills, with strong writing skills in Italian and English.
