Position Overview

CoreView is actively seeking a Solution Implementation Specialist to bolster our post-sales team. This role is crucial for nurturing and enhancing client relationships through exceptional technical and strategic support. The Specialist will facilitate a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, collaborating closely with the Pre-Sales Technical Engineer and Technology Account Manager teams. The primary objective is to oversee the successful deployment and optimization of our solutions to fulfill client requirements and ensure their long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seamless Transition: Ensure a smooth handover of client accounts with the Technology Account Manager team, customizing support to align with technical and business needs.
  • Technical Engagement: Connect with key technical personnel in client organizations to ensure successful integration of CoreView solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Participate in client meetings to grasp requirements, demonstrate implementations, and establish success metrics.
  • Solution Advocacy: Articulate solutions to stakeholders and agree on testing protocols.
  • Independent Client Interaction: Maintain communication with clients for clarifications or discussions.
  • Effort Estimation: Assess activity efforts and manage time efficiently.
  • Adoption Monitoring: Track solution adoption and identify areas for improvement.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Professional Services Engagement: Recommend professional services to support client objectives.
  • Ongoing Client Engagement: Regularly check in with clients to address their ongoing needs.
  • Product Training: Inform clients about new features and conduct training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in solution implementation or a related post-sales role.
  • Strong technical background, particularly in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, account identities, mailbox security, and security configurations for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Proficient in managing client transitions from pre-sales to post-sales, with a solid understanding of the sales cycle and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate across teams for a cohesive customer experience.
