About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our HR team at Pomellato S.P.A. in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for managing both our office-production population in Italy and the expansive EMEA retail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Agenda Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to design and implement the company's people strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving business growth and employee engagement.
  • HR Business Partnering: Provide strategic guidance and support to managers to enhance team motivation and performance, ensuring the efficient execution of talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement retention strategies, create and maintain succession pipelines, and identify and support talents in their professional growth.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, with the support of the labor law team.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the C&B team to manage the forecast and budget process, nurture our reward strategy to attract and retain top talent, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Leadership Development: Lead and develop the HRBPs team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the growth and development of HR professionals.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the luxury retail industry or a similar high-end consumer goods sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies, driving business growth, and improving employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with knowledge of other European languages a plus.
  • Able to travel up to 25% in Europe.
