Job Description

The selected candidate, reporting directly to the Shift Leader, will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests upon arrival and departure, providing information, and managing the switchboard.
• Assisting and overseeing guests throughout their stay to ensure a memorable experience.
• Promoting and selling additional services offered by the establishment.
• Coordinating restaurant reservations for guests.
• Managing correspondence and inquiries via email.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Degree.
• Proficient in both Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
• A minimum of three years of experience in 4/5-star hotels or luxury establishments.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and other essential hotel management software.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Demonstrated initiative, adherence to procedures, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a guest-oriented mindset, with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly while managing stress effectively.
