As a key member of the Corporate Systems team, you will be responsible for managing internal projects related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and leading a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the development and governance of IT projects related to the CRM system, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Effort Estimation and Planning: Define and plan project interventions in the CRM area, taking into account business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for process implementation on the CRM system to meet user requirements.
- Business Analysis: Analyze business needs and identify technological solutions to support them.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and understand the information needs of internal clients, including their goals and priorities.
- Team Management: Organize and coordinate team activities, ensuring effective project delivery and team performance.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support in problem-solving and issue management, particularly in system integration.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in CRM projects, ideally on Dynamics.
- Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Proven experience as an IT leader on Microsoft Dynamic 365.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its architecture, features, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and their application in a business context.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Location: Milan (hybrid: 60% remote, 40% in-office)
