Role Objective
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for our retail location. With a deep passion for the brand and a commitment to excellence, the individual will be tasked with proficiently overseeing all facets of the store's administrative, analytical, and financial operations.
This role will serve as a pivotal connection between the retail environment and the Finance department, ensuring the precision of transactions and addressing any discrepancies. Additionally, the specialist will streamline processes and communication between the store's Cash Team and the corporate Finance and Accounting departments.
Primary Responsibilities
Compile and communicate the daily banking and cash reconciliation from the previous day to the management team and Finance department Verify and ensure the accuracy of all transactions Notify Finance/Accounting Teams of any inconsistencies Manage store deposits and reconciliations Update daily and monthly reports, ensuring alignment between active and closed accounts Oversee the proper management of all store credits Supervise remote sales and ensure that order forms are accurately completed, confirming that all banking and personal information is correct to prevent payment issues Act as a key contact for any delivery and order-related concerns: coordinate with couriers, conduct inquiries, and ensure refunds when necessary Capable of managing Daigou remotely Ensure all sales to clients are included in the store's Team Sales pool Serve as the store's expert for Jasper and SAP systems concerning all financial reports and activities Educate Cashiers on national and local regulations as well as the company's financial policies Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly sales staff performance reports Complete any additional administrative tasks as directed by the Store Management team Assist the store management in organizing team schedules Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders (Store Management, Corporate Offices, Providers, etc.)Essential Qualifications
