Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist II to provide administrative support to our work groups in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to work groups in the organization.
- Develop knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience.
- Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of oversight and serve in a non-exempt capacity.
- Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
- Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail.
- Maintain files and calendars.
- Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and track expenses.
