About the Role:
As a Meeting and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving commercial results for all our revenue streams and coordinating the Meeting & Event bookings and co-working spaces for our location in Florence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling our meeting rooms, hotel rooms, and other services to guests
- Developing customer accounts to drive business into TSH Florence Belfiore and increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
- Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
- Preparing and updating correspondence, finalizing meeting functions sheets, and hosting meetings with stakeholders
- Maintaining an effective follow-up system to secure repeat business
- Assisting with the coordination of co-working spaces and providing after-sales service
About You:
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience in hospitality or a related field. You should be fluent in Italian and English, have a high level of attention to detail, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The Opportunity:
