About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator position is a key member of our team at Sears Hometown, responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management and movement within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Fills order requests and stages merchandise for timely shipments, utilizing strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Evaluates products and moves them to designated zones for processing, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Moves merchandise between dock, stockroom staging area, sales floor, customer pick-up or delivery, and removal of 'sold' merchandise from sales floor, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift and move at least 50 pounds in weight to maintain flow and replenishment of merchandise.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
