Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Fulfillment and Shipping Teams to prioritize business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary interface with regional project managers for all main deals.
  • Drive a weekly operating rhythm with internal stakeholders to achieve financial targets.
  • Capture business and customer needs, prioritize, and translate them into actionable inputs for relevant functions (supply chain, engineering, logistics, billing, etc.).
  • Own the sales plan execution for the assigned region, achieving operations commitment and identifying sales opportunities to maximize financial results.
  • Oversee relevant operations KPIs (OTD, ODBL) and drive simplification and improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Clear thinker with problem-solving skills and a process improvement-driven mindset.
