Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accorhotel.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the preparation and posting of daily revenues and banking documents.
  • Reconcile, review, and submit quarterly and monthly VAT reports.
  • Review all payments and submit them for bank loading and approval.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with external auditors.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hotel assets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotels is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A strong analytical and numerical skills background.
  • An understanding of basic accounting functions.
  • The ability to analyze P&L statements, apply timeliness and accuracy in recording and reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach, taking personal responsibility and initiative to prevent or resolve problems.
