The Customer Service Operations Specialist will support the Customer Service Manager in managing the team and activities, focusing on direct customer communication and issue resolution. Key responsibilities include:
- Operational management of the back office to ensure seamless customer experience
- Mentoring new resources and providing guidance on customer service procedures
- Collaboration with external and internal warehouse/suppliers to maintain daily workflow efficiency
- Supporting the CS Manager in leadership and operational tasks
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Proficiency in Italian (C2 level) and English (C2 level)
- At least 3 years of prior experience as a Customer Service Coordinator or similar role
- Leadership, proactivity, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage work peaks, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Full-time employment with a commercial contract offers optimal work-life balance, job rotation, conventions, and employee discounts. The workweek is Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., located in Florence.
