We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional financial solutions to our customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through precise cash handling, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Responsibilities- Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
- Skillfully review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
- Proactively maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
- Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
