Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Luisaviaroma, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Directly managing customer communications and supporting the team to resolve various issues
Operational management of the back office
Assisting the CS Manager in managing relationships with external/internal warehouse/suppliers as part of the daily workflow
Mentoring new resources
GDPR Management

Requirements:

Spoken and written knowledge of Italian and English (C2)
Other languages are a plus
At least 3 years prior experience as Customer Service Coordinator
Leadership, proactivity, and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage work peaks and prioritize tasks
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Full-time employment with a commercial contract
Work week: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
