Customer Service Specialist

Nella nostra società, gi Group S.p.A., stiamo cercando un candidato per la figura di Customer Assistant da inserire all'interno della nostra struttura di Customer Care.
La nostra azienda è impegnata nel settore dei servizi dedicati allo sviluppo del mercato del lavoro e stiamo cercando qualcuno che sia in grado di assistere i nostri clienti in tutte le operazioni relative ai contratti (attivazione, disdetta, voltura, ecc.).
Sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
- Assistenza ai clienti in tutte le operazioni relative al contratto;
- Chiarificazione delle bollette;
- Gestione e risoluzione di anomalie;
- Inoltro dei documenti e comunicazioni alle parti interessate;
Il nostro team di Customer Care lavora a stretto contatto con gli altri reparti dell'azienda, quindi sarà necessario collaborare con i colleghi e gestire il flusso di informazioni.
Per questo ruolo ci aspettiamo:
- Una laurea triennale e/o magistrale in Economia Statistica, Giurisprudenza o Scienze Politiche;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
I seguenti requisiti sono considerati un plus:
- Conoscenza del gestionale SAP e/o CRM;
- Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo;
- Conoscenza del servizio idrico integrato, della Carta dei Servizi e del sistema tariffario;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
L'orario di lavoro è di 38,5 ore settimanali su due moduli orari, in orario diurno. La sede di lavoro principale è a Firenze, ma potrà essere richiesto di spostarsi su altre sedi nel corso del tempo.
Il trattamento economico previsto è corrispondente al 3° livello previsto dal CCNL Gas Acqua vigente. Il contratto sarà stipulato in somministrazione, della durata iniziale di 6 mesi + 6 mesi.
