About the Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SiteMinder. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in building relationships with hotel owners and operators, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing clients.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, and negotiate contracts that meet the needs of both parties.
  • CRM Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Client Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to our product team to inform product development and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales, preferably in the hotel, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivation and resilience, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluent in Italian (minimum C2 level) and professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
