We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as a Global Marketing & Innovation Assistant. This exciting internship opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in market research, product development, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on the Personal Care and Home Care categories, analyzing trends and consumer behavior.
  • Support the team in preparing product briefs for new product launches, ensuring alignment with market insights and consumer needs.
  • Assist in creating customer-facing presentations, highlighting key product features and benefits.
  • Contribute to market data analysis, segmentation, and product positioning, informing product development decisions.
  • Participate in idea selection processes, evaluating innovative concepts and their potential impact on the market.
  • Support the team in preparing consumer testing guidelines, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis.
  • Manage product samples, shipping, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent English (French is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Office pack and Outlook, with knowledge of social media listening tools a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
