Job Summary:
The Associate HR Business Partner will support the Senior HR Business Partner in the Media division with Talent management. This role involves directly assisting with various HR initiatives, providing employee relations support, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, and working with business managers on different stages of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior HRBP in Media on various HR initiatives.
- Provide employee relations support across different HR areas.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team on candidate evaluation and fit.
- Work with business managers on different stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with the People & Culture Team to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and ensure their integration in programs and workforce decisions.
- Conduct Exit Interviews, monitor trends, and address any concerning patterns.
- Oversee the Onboarding process.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 1 year as a Junior HR Business Partner in dynamic service-oriented environments.
- Experience in mentoring employees and managers in career growth and performance management.
- Proficiency in advising employees on HR matters.
- Solid knowledge of labour law, HR operations, and processes.
- Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders and employees with tact and diplomacy.
- Fluency in English.
